Today was also a timely break for my friends at work. We are going through a very hard time at the minute and tempers were starting to get a little stretched. Everyone has deserved the break and I hope we will all be relaxed and ready to go in one week!!
The Boss has gone out tonight to the school prom at Lumley Castle and I am in charge of the girls. Should that be the other way round? We started the evening off by going through to the church to set it up ready for the Summer Fayre tomorrow. It would have been easy if only the entire congregation hadn't thought the same thing. It seemed as though more people were in the hall than tables. If everyone had left and the person with the battle plan had stayed with one other king volunteer, then it would have seemed easier. It was definitely fun. I made a hasty retreat with the girls and went to Tesco.
Tomorrow afternoon we are having a Bar-B-Q with some friends and neighbours calling over for a burger and beer. We even have some finest quality plastic bunting to put up! Pictures will be posted tomorrow night.
Tomorrow morning I am taking my mother in law through to Durham to viit the bank. I will most likey end up in the market looking for wool; we always do.
