A few words need to be said about the people who have had their lives devastated in Oklahoma. As they live in Hurricane Alley they have obviously experienced some storms in the past but I don't think anyone could have anticipated the storm that completely devastates their lives. I can not imagine what it must be like to have your world destroyed in seconds. Whatever your denomination and whatever God you believe in please spare a thought.
Six days to the holiday. It will be nice to get the caravan hitched up and get on the road. We are taking my mother in law with us. I know the thought of that must make a lot of people cringe but she isn't bad at all. I am able to switch off completely when she is in the car. I won't even notice when she points to the wagon in front and says, "He is a big boy." We are going to the best destination in the world - Scarborough and Bridlington. If you have never been to the Harbour Bar for an ice cream sundae then you have never lived. Pictures will follow when we return.
the wine that is helping me unwind tonight is red. Not a lot more I can say about it really. It has a screw top and is very nice.
Take care folks
